تنمية أموال العمل الخيري وأثرها على الاستدامة في الفقه الإسلامي.

Résumé: ملخص بينت الدراسة أهمية استثمار أموال العمل الخيري، تحقيقا لمقاصد الشريعة الإسلامية، في المحافظة على المال، والتوازن بين دائرة الاستهلاك الاجتماعي ودائرة الإنتاج، وبذلك نحقق الاستدامة التي قصدها الشرع الحكيم. كما أشارت الدراسة إلى أثر خروج أموال العمل الخيري من التنمية الاقتصادية على حركة الاقتصاد الكلي للدولة، بنقصه من الجهد الكلي للاقتصاد والمساهمة في ظهور البطالة. ويمكن استثمار أموال العمل الخيري من خلال مجالات وصيغ متنوعة، كإنشاء بنك للعمل الخيري، ومركز لتأهيل الكوادر كجهات مستهدفة للعمل الخيري، وفتح سوق عمل والاستثمار من خلال المضاربة، أو إنشاء المشاريع الصغيرة. كلمات مفتاحية: فقه، معاملات مالية، تنمية، أموال العمل الخيري، الاستدامة. Abstract Charitable fund’s development in Islamic jurisprudence and its impact on sustainability The study showed the importance of investing in charitable funds to achieve the purposes of Islamic law in preserving money. Balance between Social Consumption Department and the Production Department to achieve the sustainability intended by Sharia. The study also indicated the impact of charitable funds work egression from economic development on the movement of the overall economy of the state, the overall effort of the economy’s shortage and contributing to the emergence of unemployment. Charitable funds can be invested in various fields; such as establishing a charitable bank, a center for training employees as target bodies for charitable work, opening a labor market and investing through speculation, or establishing small projects. Islamic countries contribute in a wide range of internal or external aids, as disasters’ processing which sweep the region.
