تطور مواقع التجارة الإلكترونية في الجزائر

Résumé: ملخص : تهدف الدراسة إلى إبراز وتحليل واقع تطور مواقع التجارة الإلكترونية في الجزائر من خلال الإحاطة بمقومات البنية التحتية والتشريعية من كافة الجوانب التي تمكن من تبني هذا النوع من التجارة، وقد خلصت أخيرا إلى أن هناك مجموعة من الجهود والإجراءات المبذولة بغية النهوض بالاقتصاد الرقمي الجزائري،إذ شهدت السنوات الأخيرة تطورا ملحوظا في مواقع التجارة الإلكترونية في الجزائر وزيادة في الإقبال ، لكن يظل غياب عنصر الثقة في وسائل الدفع الإلكتروني قائما ؛ الكلمات المفتاحية: التجارة الإلكترونية ،الاقتصاد الرقمي،البنية التحتية والتشريعية ، الدفع الإلكتروني، تصنيف JEL: L86 .O10.M21 Abstract : This study aims to diagnose the current situation and the extent of development of e-commerce websites in Algeria through the infrastructure and legislative factors that enable the adoption of this type of commerce. The study concludes that efforts and measures have been taken to promote the digital economy in Algeria, and e-commerce websites in Algeria have witnessed significant growth in recent years and an increase in the popularity of some e-commerce platforms.
