التواجد الصيني في الجزائر بين استثمار أجنبي مباشر و تقديم خدمات

Résumé: يهدف هذا المقال إلى دراسة طبيعة العلاقات الاقتصادية الصينية الجزائرية، من خلال، خاصة، تحليل الاستثمارات خلال الفترة 2003-2015. فبعيدا عن توريد الخدمات في مجال البناء و البنية التحتية، الدراسة بينت أن الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر الصيني يبرز أساسا في قطاع المحروقات، أين تجسدت عدة عقود شراكة بين شركة سونطراك و شركات بترولية صينية، فضعف التواجد الصيني في قطاع الصناعات التحويلية في الجزائر، و الذي يعتبر قطاع جد هام لتنويع الاقتصاد، يفترض تدعيمه من خلال توطين الشركات الإنتاجية الصينية في هذا القطاع، خاصة و أن الاقتصاد الصيني في أوج التحول. الكلمات المفتاحية: الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر، أداء الخدمات، توطين الشركات الصينية، الاستثمار الصيني في الجزائر. La présence chinoise en Algérie entre investissement étranger direct et prestation de service Abstract: This article aims to study the nature of Sino-Algerian economic relations through, in particular, the analysis of investment over the period 2003-2015. Far from providing services in infrastructure and construction, the analysis shows that Chinese direct investment appears exclusively in the hydrocarbon sector where many partnership contracts between Sonatrach and the Chinese oil companies are realized. China's weak presence in the manufacturing sector in Algeria, an essential sector for the diversification of the economy, is now to be filled by the relocation of Chinese manufacturing companies to this sector, especially since the Chinese economy Is in full reconversion .
