واقع القيادة التحويلية في المنظمات الرعاية الصحية - دراسة حالة لمستشفى أحمد بن عجيلية الأغواط –

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية القيادة التحويلية في المنظمات الرعاية الصحية، وذلك بتطبيقها على مستشفى أحمد بن العجيلة بالأغواط، فاستخدمنا المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي في الجانبين النظري والتطبيقي، وتم تطوير استبيان لقياس القيادة التحويلية والتي تتكون من أربعة أبعاد التأثير المثالي والاعتبار الفردي والتشجيع الفكري والدافع الإلهامي، وتم التأكد من صدق ثبات أداة الدراسة، وتم توزيع الاستبيان على عينة عشوائية من عمال مستشفى أحمد بن عجيلة بالأغواط الذي يبلغ عددهم 440، فتحصلنا على 31 استبيان صالح لدراسة، حيث تم الاستعانة ببرنامج spss لإجراء المعالجة الإحصائية واختبار الفرضيات الدراسة، وكانت النتائج أن مستشفى أحمد بن عجيلة بالأغواط يطبق القيادة التحويلية، ولا توجد فروق في القيادة التحويلية تعزى لمتغير الوظيفة والخبرة. The study aims to the importance of transformational leadership in healthcare organizations by applying it to the Ahmed Ben Ajila hospital in Laghouat, so we used the descriptive and analytical approach in both theoretical and practical aspects, and developed a questionnaire to measure transformational leadership consisting of four The dimensions , Individualized consideration, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, idealized influence, and confirmed the sincerity of the study tool, and the questionnaire was distributed to a randomly, so we have got 48 valid sample from a population of 440 employees at Ahmed Ben Ajila hospital in Laghouat(EPH Laghouat), where the SPSS program was used to conduct statistical processing and test hypotheses study, the results were that Ahmed Ben Ajila hospital in Laghouat (EPH Laghouat) application transformational leadership, There are no differences in transformational leadership attributable to variable function and experience.
