دور القيادة الإستراتيجية في تفعيل الاستقامة التنظيمية دراسة حالة بعض جامعات الشرق الجزائري

Résumé: ملخص: استهدفت هذه الدراسة معرفة علاقة الارتباط والأثر بين القيادة الإستراتيجية بأبعادها على الاستقامة التنظيمية في بعض جامعات الشرق الجزائري ، ولتحقيق الهدف تم تصميم استبانة الكترونية لغرض جمع البيانات تم توزيعها بشكل عشوائي، وتم الحصول على 70استبانة صالحة للدراسة. وتم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتوضيح اثر القيادة الإستراتيجية على الاستقامة التنظيمية واستخدمت الرزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية21 spss v لتحليل بيانات الاستبانة، توصلنا إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها وجود علاقات ارتباطيه وعلاقة تأثير بين القيادة الإستراتيجية والاستقامة التنظيمية كلمات مفتاحية : القيادة الإستراتيجية؛ الاستقامة التنظيمية ؛ جامعات الشرق الجزائري Abstract: the the study aimed to test the effect of Strategic leadership on organizational integrity of Some universities in the east of Algeria. To achieve the objective ,a electronique questionnaire was designed for the purpose of data collection, it was randomly distributed and 70 valid questionnaires .The descriptive analytical approach was adopted to clarify the effect of strategic leadership on organizational integrity, and the statistical package for social sciences 21 spss v was used to analyze the questionnaire data. A number of results have been reached, the most important of which is the existence of correlational relationships between strategic leadership and organizational integrity, in addition to the existence of an effect of strategic leadership on organizational integrity.
