القيادة الإستراتيجية ودورها في إدارة المخاطر دراسة حالة مجموعة من الوكالات التابعة لبنك الجزائر الخارجي

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور القيادة الاستراتيجية في إدارة المخاطر في مجموعة من الوكالات التابعة لبنك الجزائر الخارجي، والخروج بتوصيات تعمل على زيادة الاهتمام بهذا الجانب، وذلك من أجل التعرف على سمات وخصائص القيادة الاستراتيجية ومدى مساعدتها في احتواء المخاطر ومحاولة التقليل منها، ولقد تم استخدام الاستبانة لاستطلاع آراء عينة الدراسة، وقد أظهرت الدراسة وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين ممارسات القيادة الاستراتيجية وعملية إدارة المخاطر في الوكالات محل الدراسة، كما أثبتت الدراسة أن عنصر استثمار القدرات الاستراتيجية، تنمية وتطوير رأس المال البشري، تنفيذ رقابة تنظيمية متوازنة، التعلم المستمر من ممارسات القيادة الاستراتيجية تؤثر تأثيرا ذا دلالة إحصائية على عملية إدارة المخاطر في الوكالات محل الدراسة. This study aims to identify the role of strategic leadership in risk management in a group of agencies affiliated with the Foreign Bank of Algeria, and to come up with recommendations that increase interest in this aspect, in order to identify the features and characteristics of strategic leadership and the extent to which it helps in containing risks and trying to reduce them. Using the questionnaire to survey the opinions of the study sample, The study showed that there is a statistically significant relationship between the strategic leadership practices and the risk management process in the agencies under study.
