معوقات الإتصال و علاقتها بالإنتماء التنظيمي و تسيير الموارد البشرية

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على وجود علاقة بين معوقات الاتصال والانتماء التنظيمي عند العمال المشرفيين بمؤسسة سونلغاز بالشلف. استخدم الطالب الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي عن طريق استخدام استبيانين كأداة لجمع البيانات. تفرع استبيان معوقات الاتصال إلى ثلاثة أبعاد، بعد معوقات الاتصال النفسية، بعد معوقات الإتصال التنظيمية وبعد معوقات الاتصال الاجتماعية. أما استبيان الانتماء التنظيمي فقد ضم ثلاثة ابعاد والتي تمثل أولها في بعد الانتماء الى المؤسسة كهيئة، والثاني في بعد الانتماء الي جماعة العمل، اما البعد الثالث فقد كان حول الانتماء الى الجماعة السوسيو مهنية. شملت الدراسة في شطرها الأول الدراسة الاستطلاعية والتي توجـه بـهـا الطالب الباحث نحو عينة قصدية 38 عامل من العمال المشرفين بالمؤسسة، بينما مس الشطر الثاني الدراسة الأساسية والتي طبقت على عينة مقصودة حجمها 60 عامل مشرف من المؤسسة. النتائج: ـ لا توجد علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيا ما بين معوقات الاتصال والانتماء التنظيمي لدى فئة العمال المشرفين بمؤسسة سونلغاز، لا توجد علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيا ما بين معوقات الاتصال النفسية وبعد الانتماء إلى المؤسسة العمل كهيئة لدى فئة العمال المشرفين بمؤسسة سونلغاز، كما توجد فروق في معوقات الاتصال تعزى لمتغير سنوات العمل لدى فئة العمال المشرفين بمؤسسة سونلغاز، كما توجد فروق في الانتماء التنظيمي تعزى لمتغير الجنس لصالح الاناث لدى فئة المشرفين بمؤسسة سونلغاز. The current study aimed to identify the existence of a relationship between communication obstacles and organizational affiliation among supervisory workers at Sonelgaz in Chlef. The student researcher used the descriptive analytical approach by using two questionnaires as a tool to collect data. The questionnaire branched into three dimensions, after psychological communication obstacles, after organizational communication obstacles and after social communication obstacles respectively. And about organizational affiliation questionnaire, it included 3 dimensions , the first of which was represented in the dimension of belonging to the institution as a body, the second in the dimension of belonging to the work group, and the third dimension was about belonging to the socio-professional group. The study included in its first part the exploratory study, in which the student researcher directed towards a random sample of 38 workers supervising the institution, while the second part touched the basic study, which was applied to an intended sample of 60 supervising workers from the institution. The results: There is no statistically significant correlation between communication barriers and organizational affiliation among Sonelgaz supervisors,There is no statistically significant correlation between psychological communication barriers and after belonging to the organization and working as a body for the category of supervising workers at Sonelgaz, There are differences in communication barriers ت due to the variable of years worked in the catégorie of supervision Works at Sonelgaz, There are différences in organisationnel affiliation due to the gendre variable in Favory of females in the category of supervisors at Sonelgaz.
