Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الأنماط القيادية السائدة في تسيير المدارس الابتدائية، والتعرف على مستوى الدافعية للإنجاز لدى معلمي المدارس الابتدائية، والكشف على مدى تأثير النمط القيادي الديمقراطي، والنمط القيادي الديكتاتوري على مستوى الدافعية للإنجاز لدى الأساتذة، ومدى الفروق في مستوى الدافعية للإنجاز لدى الأساتذة حسب الجنس والنمط القيادي للمدير.Abstract: The aim of this study is to identify the prevailing leadership styles in primary school management, and identify the level of motivation for achievement among primary school teachers, and reveal the influence of the democratic leadership pattern, and the dictatorial leadership style at the level of motivation for achievement among professors, and the extent of differences in the level of motivation of achievement among teachers by gender and leadership style.
