تحديات المؤسسة التربوية الجزائرية بين الماضي والحاضر
Résumé: The Algerian Educational Institutions play an important role in the educational system with the strong impact they have on the students’ future formation. Indeed the new role of these institutions is not a newborn; rather, it is perceived through the enormous changes across the different historical phases since the colonial period. This last is primarily referred to after the independence as the Reform of Educational Institutions. Until the process is activated, the analysis of these stages of change must be scientific. This latter includes past, present and the future of the different educational reforms which is attained by making a comparison between the different achieved objectives of these reforms. At last, we suggested anew approach that explains the changing role of the AlgerianEducational Institutions. Hence, a need for a new procedural perspective is primordial. This new outlook is shaped by providing a coordinated knowledge that explains and analyses this changing process that can only be achieved via a comprehensive approach based on the scientific perspective to the new role.
