Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة للتتبع وتشخيص واقع مسيرة تطوير المنظومة التربوية بالجزائر وما حققته المدرسة الجزائرية في هذه المسيرة من إنجازات وتعرضت له من تحديات واخفاقات وأزمات، وللإجابة على تساؤلات الدراسة وبلوغ أهدافها اعتمدنا منهجا وصفيا تحليليا. وتوصلنا إلى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات منها: أن المدرسة الجزائرية حققت إنجازات معتبرة في تطورها عبر عدة مراحل من الإصلاحات من حيث الهياكل القاعدية وعدد المدرسين والأساتذة وخبراتهم، وعدد المؤطرين والمفتشين، والوسائل البيداغوجية، إلا أن هناك شبه اجماع من الفاعلين التربويين على أن المنظومة التربوية الجزائرية لازالت تعاني من عدة نقائص وتحديات تواجه مشروعها التربوي ولازالت تنتظر حلا جذريا لها كالهدر المدرسي والتسرب المدرسي،الانزلاقات الإديولوجية والسياسية، مشكلة الهوية، مشكلة تكوين المعلم، والاكتضاظ بالفصول الدراسية ، ضعف المناهج التربوية وانفصالها عن الواقع المعاش وخصوصيته، وكلها تحديات تستوجب التعمق في دراستها للخروج بالمنظومة التربوية من حالة الأزمة إلى مرحلة الإنجاز. This study aimed to track and diagnose the reality of the development site of the educational system in Algeria and the achievements of the Algerian school in this process of challenges, tests and crises, and to answer questions and achieve goals, we adopted a descriptive and analytical approach, And I got major value for the tutors and professors, typography, print, print, print, print, print A consensus of educational actors that the Algerian educational system still suffers from several shortcomings and challenges facing its educational project and is still waiting for a radical solution to it, such as school wasting and school dropout, ideological and political slips, the problem of identity, the problem of teacher formation, overcrowding in classrooms, weak educational curricula and their separation from the living reality and its specificity, all of which are challenges that require in-depth study to get the educational system out of a state of crisis to the stage of achievement.
