السياسة الدوائية كآلية لترقية صناعة الأدوية الجنيسة في الجزائر

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس أثر السياسة الوطنية للأدوية في ترقية الأدوية الجنيسة في الجزائر خلال الفترة 2000- 2022 من خلال تحليل مؤشرات سوق الأدوية المحلي، بالاستعانة بمعطيات وإحصائيات من مختلف المصادر وأهم التشريعات والقوانين المنظمة لعمل السياسة الدوائية. توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أنه في السنوات القليلة الماضية انتهجت الدولة سياسات فاعلة لضبط سوق الأدوية من خلال ترقية الإنتاج المحلي للأدوية الجنيسة والتحكم في واردات الأدوية. Abstract: This study aims to measure the impact of the national drug policy on the promotion of generic drug in Algeria, for the period 2000-2022, by analyzing the indicators of the local pharmaceutical market, using data and statistics from various sources and the most important legislation and laws regulating the work of the drug policy. The results of the study find that in the past few years, the country has adopted effective policies to control the pharmaceutical market by upgrading the local production of generic drugs and controlling drug imports.
