البيئة النفسية لصانع القرار الإسرائيلي والأزمة السورية دراسة في توجهات بنيامين نتنياهو

Résumé: تناقش هذه الدراسة دور محددات البيئة النفسية لصانع القرار الإسرائيلي في تحديد توجهات السياسة الخارجية للدولة العبرية، من خلال تحليل جوانب العلاقة النظرية بين السياسة الخارجية والبيئة المحيطة بصانع القرار. لأن القرارات السياسية في النهاية هي محصلة إدراك القادة السياسيين لبيئاتهم.حيث تحدد طبيعة إدراكات صانع القرار لمحددات البيئة الموضوعية البنيوية نمط استجابته لها. وبالتركيز على إبراز دور الخصائص الشخصية والسيكولوجية لرئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي بنيامين نتنياهو لاستكشاف أثارها على بلورة شخصيته السياسية، بما فيها من تصورات وعقائد وقيم إيديولوجية لعبت دورا مؤثرا، في تشكيل مواقف بنيامين نتنياهو السياسية، وتحديد توجهات السياسة الخارجية الإسرائيلية. ركز بنيامين نتنياهو في توجهاته الخارجية إزاء تطورات أحداث الأزمة السورية على خلفياته الإيديولوجية، النابعة من انتمائه السياسي لليمين الإسرائيلي، القائمة على الالتزام بمبدأ إسرائيل الكبرى. وخلفياته النفسية والاجتماعية القائمة على المبالغة في تعظيم وتصوير الخطر الإيراني على أنه مهدد للوجود الإسرائيلي بهدف تكريس شرعيته السياسية لدى الجبهة السياسية الداخلية في ظل تهم الفساد التي تلاحقه. abstract This study discusses the role of the determinants of the psychological environment of the Israeli decision-maker in determining the directions of the foreign policy of the Hebrew state, by analyzing aspects of the theoretical relationship between foreign policy and the environment surrounding the decision-maker. Because, in the end, political decisions are the outcome of the political leaders' awareness of their environments. The nature of the decision-maker's perceptions of the structural objective environment determinants determines his response pattern to them. Focusing on highlighting the role of the personal and psychological characteristics of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, to explore their effects on the crystallization of his political personality, including perceptions, beliefs and ideological values that played an influential role in shaping Benjamin Netanyahu's political positions and determining the directions of Israeli foreign policy. Benjamin Netanyahu focused his foreign policy on the developments in the Syrian crisis on his ideological background, stemming from his political affiliation with the Israeli right, which is based on commitment to the principle of Greater Israel. And his psychological and social backgrounds based on exaggerating and portraying the Iranian threat as a threat to the Israeli existence in order to consolidate its political legitimacy on the internal political front in light of the corruption charges that are chasing him.
