مسؤولية المورد عن حسن تنفيذ المعاملة التجارية الإلكترونية للتشريع الجزائري

Résumé: بفضل تكنولوجيا العصر تطور مجال التجارة إلى أن أصبحت تجارة الكترونية، مما أدى إلى وجوب تنظيم المعاملات التجارية الالكترونية، وهنا سنخصص بالذكر قانون 18/05 الذي رتبه المشرع الجزائري والمتضمن معاملات التجارة الالكترونية، حيث شمل الفصل الخامس جميع التزامات المورد الالكتروني التي بدورها كُرست لتأطير و تنظيم عملية التجارة الالكترونية والتعامل بين أطراف العقد الالكتروني (المورد والمستهلك ) وقسمت هاته الالتزامات حسب محلها في العقد الالكتروني، ليتم تنفيذ عملية التجارة الالكترونية بصورة حسنة وتتم من خلالها حماية المستهلك الالكتروني.Thanks to the technology of our era، the field of commerce has evolved to become e-commerce. This has led to the necessity of regulating electronic business transactions. One notable example is the Algerian Law 18/05، enacted by the Algerian legislature، which governs electronic commerce transactions. The fifth chapter of this law encompasses all the obligations of the electronic supplier، which are designed to frame and regulate the process of e-commerce and the interactions between the parties of the electronic contract (supplier and consumer). These obligations are categorized according to their place within the electronic contract، ensuring the proper implementation of e-commerce and the protection of the electronic consumer
