إشكالية تناسب طبيعة المعطيات المطلوبة من المستهلك الإلكتروني في إطار المعاملة التجارية الإلكترونية

Résumé: ملخص: لإبرام العقد التجاري الإلكتروني هناك إجرائين أقرهما المشرع الجزائري أحدهما يقوم به المورد الإلكتروني وهو تقديم "العرض التجاري الإلكتروني"، والآخر يضطلع به المستهلك الإلكتروني وهو "تأكيد الطلبية"، وخلالهما يجب معرفة بعض المعطيات الشخصية عن المستهلك الإلكتروني والتي تسمح بالتعرف عليه بشكل أوفى لإتمام المعاملة التجارية الإلكترونية. لكننا نجد بعض الموردين الإلكترونيين يغالون في طلب معطيات كثيرة من المستهلك الإلكتروني، ويتضح أن حجم المعطيات المطلوبة كبير ولا يتناسب مع طبيعة المعاملة التجارية الإلكترونية. :Abstract To conclude the electronic commerce contract, there are two procedures approved by the Algerian legislator, one of which is carried out by the electronic supplier, which is to provide an "electronic commercial offer", and the other is undertaken by the electronic consumer, which is "order confirmation",and during them, some personal data about the electronic consumer must be known, which allows him to be more fully identified to complete the electronic commercial transaction. However, we find some electronic suppliers exaggerate in requesting a lot of informations from the electronic consumer, and it is clear that the volume of required data is large and does not match the nature of the electronic commercial transaction
