دور التكنولوجيا المالية في تمويل الشركات الناشئة مع الإشارة لحالتي الجزائر وفرنسا

Résumé: الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح مفهوم التكنولوجيا المالية وأهميتها، مع التركيز على منصات التمويل مثل التمويل الجماعي والديون والأسهم، وكيف يمكن للمؤسسات الناشئة الاستفادة منها. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والكمي لجمع البيانات حول تأثير التكنولوجيا المالية على تمويل الشركات الناشئة في الجزائر وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن التكنولوجيا المالية تسهم في تسهيل الحصول على التمويل بطرق مبتكرة، مما يتيح فرصًا أكثر مرونة للشركات الناشئة كما تساعد في تقليل التكاليف المرتبطة بالتمويل والإدارة المالية، مثل استخدام تقنيات البلوك تشين كما أنها توفر فرصًا جديدة لتقديم خدمات مالية مبتكرة، مثل البنوك الرقمية والمحافظ الإلكترونية. Abstract : This study aims to clarify the concept and importance of fintech, focusing on funding platforms such as crowdfunding, debt and equity, and how startups can benefit from it. The study relied on a descriptive, analytical and quantitative approach to collect data on the impact of financial technology on financing startups in Algeria, and the study found that financial technology contributes to facilitating access to funding in innovative ways, which opens up more flexible opportunities for startups and helps reduce costs associated with financing and financial management, such as the use of blockchain technologies, and it also provides new opportunities to provide innovative financial services, such as digital banks and e-wallets.
