تحليل الصناعة الدوائية في الجزائر وفقا لنموذج القوى الخمسة لبورتر

Résumé: تسعى هذه الورقة البحثية للوقوف على واقع الصناعة الدوائية في الجزائر، وإبراز تأثيرات قوى المنافسة الخمسة التي جاء بها Porter على هذه الصناعة. حيث كشفت النتائج المتوصل إليها أن إعتماد مدخل القوى الخمسة لـ Porter لتحليل الصناعة الدوائية في الجزائر يسمح بتحديد مدى جاذبيــة صناعة الدواء في الجزائر، وتحديد القوى الفاعلة والمؤثرة في هذه الصناعة. This research paper seeks to examine the reality of the pharmaceutical industry in Algeria and highlight the effects of the five competitive forces that Porter brought on this industry. The results revealed that using Porter's five-force approach to analyse the pharmaceutical industry in Algeria leads to determine the attractiveness of this industry, and to identify the active and influential forces in this industry.
