صراع الدور لدى المرأة العاملة وتأثيره على علاقتها بالأسرة دراسة ميدانية بالمؤسسات الاستشفائية لولاية قالمة

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة للكشف عن وجود فروق في نتائج صراع الدور بين العاملات في السلك الطبي من ناحية السن، الخبرة المهنية، وظيفة الزوج، الوضعية العائلية وعدد الأطفال. والمنهج الوصفي هو المنهج المعتمد في دراستنا واستخدمنا الاستمارة في جمع المعلومات من العينة التي تكونت من 100 عاملة وأخضعت النتائج للمعالجة الإحصائية اللازمة بواسطة برنامج "STAISTICA". وأظهرت النتائج أن هناك فروق دالة إحصائيا في نتائج صراع الدور بين العاملات في السلك الطبي من ناحية السن، الخبرة المهنية، وظيفة الزوج، الوضعية العائلية، في حين لم تكن هناك فروق دالة من ناحية عدد الأطفال. The study aimed to reveal the existence of differences in the results of the role struggle wich female workers are suffering from in the medical corps in terms of age, professional experience, spouse function, family status and the number of children. The descriptive approach is the approved approach and we used the form to collect information from the sample that consisted of100 workers, and the results were subject to the necessary statistical treatment by the "STAISTICA" program The results showed that there were statistically significant differences in the results of role conflict among women working in the medicalprofession in terms of age, work experience,the function of the husband, the family situation, so that there were no differences in terms of the number of children.
