استراتيجية منظمة الأمم المتحدة في مجال منع ومكافحة ظاهرة المقاتلين الإرهابيين الأجانب

Résumé: تبعا لتنامي ظاهرة المقاتلين الإرهابيين الأجانب في صفوف التنظيمات الإرهابية النشطة في مختلف مناطق العالم، سنحاول من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية أن نسلط الضوء على التدابير والإجراءات التي تم إقرارها من طرف منظمة الأمم المتحدة لمنع وردع ومكافحة الظاهرة باعتبارها تشكل تهديد حقيقي على الأمن والسلم الدوليين، مع التركيز على ماجاء في قراري مجلس الأمن رقم 2178 (2014) و2396 (2017)، بالاضافة لاستعراض الهيآت الأمم المتحدة المكلفة بمتابعة ملف الإرهاب. According to the growing phenomenon of foreign terrorist fighters among terrorist organizations active in various regions of the world, we will try through this research paper to highlight the measures and procedures that have been adopted by the United Nations to prevent, deter and combat the phenomenon, as it constitutes a real threat to international peace and security, with Focusing on what was stated in Security Council resolutions No. 2178 (2014) and 2396 (2017), in addition to reviewing the United Nations bodies charged with following up the file of terrorism.
