اثر الاستجابة لمعيار رقابة الجودة ومتطلباته على الاداء المهني لمكاتب التدقيق بالجزائر

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء حول مدى الاستجابة لإجراءات الرقابة على جودة الاداء المهني للمدقق والتزامه بمتطلباتها، ومدى تأثيرها على تحسين فعالية الممارسة المهنية للمدقق ،وبناءا على هذا تم الاعتماد في الدراسة الميدانية على الاستبانة حيث تم توزيعها على الفئة المستهدفة والمتمثلة في المدققين الخارجين ، المكون عددهم من 60 مدقق ، وقد تم تحليل البيانات المسترجعة باستخدام الاسلوب الاحصائي ،وتم التوصل الى انه يوجد استجابة جزئية على مستوى مكاتب التدقيق لمتطلبات المعيار الدولي المتعلق برقابة الجودة على التدقيق، مما ينعكس سلبا او ايجابا حسب مدى الاستجابة على الاداء المهني لمكاتب التدقيق . الكلمات المفتاحية: رقابة الجودة ،الأداء المهني ،،معايير التدقيق. تصنيف JEL: M42 M49. Abstract: This study aims to shed light on the extent of response to control procedures on the quality of the professional performance of the auditor and his commitment to its requirements, and the extent of their impact on improving the effectiveness of the professional practice of the auditor. Their number is 60 auditors, and the retrieved data was analyzed using the statistical method, and it was concluded that there is a partial response at the level of audit offices to the requirements of the international standard related to quality control of auditing, which is reflected negatively or positively, depending on the extent of the response on the professional performance of the audit offices.
