Résumé: ملخص: تعتبر تجربة البنوك الإسلامية الجزائرية من التجارب الطيبة والتي لاقت استحسانا في اوساط المجتمع، كونها الأمل المعقود في تخليص المتعاملين من المعاملات المالية الربوية التي جثمت على صدورهم، و كان من المفروض أن يكون الأمر كذلك، ولكن وللأسف اكتفت كثير من البنوك الإسلامية بمجرد لعب الوسيط المالي عبر معاملاتها، وعدم دخولها في مجال الاستثمار الإسلامي المبني على الغنم والغرم مما خيب آمال كثير من المتعاملين تجاه هذه البنوك، وقد أردت من دراستي محاولة بث روح الأمل والطموح من جديد في هذه البنوك من أجل تصحيح المخالفات وفق الضوابط الشرعية التي بينها العلماء لهذه البنوك. كلمات مفتاحية: البنوك، التمويل، السياسة البنكية، الخدمات المصرفية. تصنيف JEL : G21 E5 ; E58 ; F65 Abstract: The experience of Algerian Islamic banks is considered one of the good experiences that were well received among the community, as it is the hope pinned on ridding the dealers of the usurious financial transactions that perched on their chests, and it was supposed to be the case, but unfortunately many Islamic banks were satisfied with just playing the financial intermediary Through its transactions, and its non-entry into the field of Islamic investment based on profits and debts, which disappointed the hopes of many dealers towards these banks, and I wanted from my studies to try to recreate the spirit of hope and ambition in these banks in order to correct the violations in accordance with the legal controls that the scholars indicated to these banks.
