Résumé: الملخص أصبح التوجه نحو الخدمات العمومية الالكترونية ضرورة حتمية فرضت على العديد من المؤسسات العمومية، ومن بينها مؤسسة بريد الجزائر. لقد حاولنا في هذه الدراسة ابراز نماذج الخدمات العمومية الالكترونية التي تقدمها مؤسسة بريد الجزائر لمختلف افراد المجتمع، مع تحديد أهم التحديات والمشاكل التي تواجهها المؤسسة عند تطبيق الخدمات الالكترونية، وفي الأخير تقديم مجموعة من الاقتراحات لمواجهة تلك التحديات. Abstract The shift towards electronic public services has become an inevitable necessity imposed on many public institutions, including Algiers Post Corporation.
