دور الثقافة التنظيمية الإبداعية في تعزيز ممارسة التشارك المعرفي دراسة حالة الشركة الوطنية للتأمين

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز مدى تأثير الثقافة التنظيمية الداعمة للإبداع في تعزيز ممارسة التشارك المعرفي لدى موظفي وقيادات الشركة الوطنية للتأمين بالمديرية الجهوية بورقلة، والتعرف على مستوى الثقافة التنظيمية الإبداعية وكذا مستوى ممارسة التشارك المعرفي لدي الموظفين، توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج أهمها أنه يوجد هناك مستوى متوسط للثقافة التنظيمية الإبداعية وممارسة التشارك المعرفي لدي الموظفين في الشركة الوطنية للتأمين، بالإضافة إلى انه توجد هناك علاقة تأثير للثقافة التنظيمية الإبداعية في تعزيز ممارسة التشارك المعرفي لدي الموظفين والمسيرين للشركة. Abstract: This study aims to reveal the impact of the organizational culture supportive of creativity in enhancing the practice of knowledge sharing among employees and leaderships of the National Insurance Company in the Regional Directorate of Ouargla, and to identify the level of creative organizational culture as well as the level of knowledge sharing practice among employees, The study reached results, the most important of which is that there is an average level of creative organizational culture and of knowledge sharing practice among employees in Company. There is an impact relationship of creative organizational culture in enhancing the practice of knowledge sharing among employees The Company.
