دور الثقافة التنظيمية في تحفيز التشارك المعرفي بين العاملين –دراسة ميدانية بمؤسسة (لابال عنابة).

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على مدى مساهمة الثقافة التنظيمية بمؤسسة (لابال عنابة) في تحفيز التشارك المعرفي بين العاملين، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي والتحليل فيما يخص الجانب النظري في حين تم الاعتماد على المنهج التحليلي الاحصائي في الجانب التطبيقي. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى توفر مرتفع لأبعاد الثقافة التنظيمية بميدان الدراسة، وكان بعد الثقة التنظيمية هو الأكثر أهمية من بينها، وهو ما انعكس على توفر مرتفع لممارسة التشارك المعرفي بين العاملين؛ مع وجود تأثير معنوي لأبعاد الثقافة التنظيمية على ممارسة التشارك المعرفي بمؤسسة (لابال عنابة). The aim of this study is to identify the contribution of the organizational culture in the institution of (Labal Annaba) in stimulating the knowledge sharing between the employees. To achieve this goal, the descriptive approach and analysis were adopted on the theoretical side while the analytical analytical method was applied in the applied side. The study found a high availability of organizational culture dimensions in the field of study. The organizational trust was the most important among them, which was reflected in the high availability of knowledge sharing among the employees. There was also a significant effect of organizational culture on the practice of knowledge sharing
