مساهمة الإتاحة الحرة في تحسين ترتيب الجامعات الجزائرية حسب تصنيف الويبومتركس

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى التعريف بالإتاحة الحرة، ومساهمتها في تحسين ترتيب الجامعات الجزائرية حسب تصنيف الويبومتركس، وبعد معالجة الموضوع بجانبيه: النظري والتطبيقي، مستخدمين المنهج الوصفي. خلصت النتائج إلى أنه يتوجب على الجامعات الجزائرية استثمار مؤشر النشاط من خلال تبني استراتيجية الإتاحة الحرة، لذلك فإنه من أهم توصيات هذه الدراسة إثراء المواقع بنتائج الأبحاث العلمية، ولا يتأتى ذلك إلا عن طريق دعم المواقع بالدوريات الإلكترونية والمستودعات الرقمية، وإتاحة جميع أنشطتها العلمية عبر مواقعها. Abstract The purpose of the study is to introduce Open access and its contribution in improving the ranking of Algerian universities according the webometrics classification. After addressing the topic in its two sides : theoretical and applied, in which we used the descriptive approach. The results concluded that the Algerian universities should invest the activity index through adopting the strategy of open access, one of the most important recommendations of the study is therefore to enrich the sites with the results of scientific researches which could be achieved only through the support of sites with e-journals and digital repositories, and making all its scientific activities available in its sites.
