Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة أهمية تطبيق التعليم الالكتروني من أجل تحسين تصنيف الجامعات الجزائرية حسب ترتيب Webometrics، الذي يركز على درجة التزام الجامعة بالاستفادة من الإنترنت لعرض ما لديها لكي تتم الاستفادة منه من قبل الآخرين، بعد أن أصبحت التصنيفات العالمية للجامعات مرجعًا مهما للطلبة وكذا المنظمات التي تهتم بمخرجات البحث العلمي إذ أن موقع الجامعة في التصنيف حسبهم يدل على مدى تطورها وكفاءتها. من أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة أن التعليم الالكتروني يمثل دعامة أساسية وبعد هام ترتبط به معايير ترتيب الجامعات حسب تصنيف ويبومتريكس، ما يمكن الجامعات الجزائرية من تحسين ترتيبها وفق هذا التصنيف من خلال تفعيل تطبيق التعليم الالكتروني. الكلمات الدالة: التعليم الالكتروني، تصنيف الجامعات، تصنيف ويبومتريكس، الجامعات الجزائرية.

Interested in the outputs of scientific research as the location of the university in the classification according to them indicates the extent of development and efficiency.

One of the most important findings of the study is that e-learning is a basic pillar and an important dimension associated with the standards of the ranking of universities according to the classification of Webometrics

which enables the Algerian universities to improve their ranking according to this classification through activating the e-learning application.
