Résumé: الهدف من هذه الورقة البحثية هو محاولة شرح مفهوم التعلم الإلكتروني وجودة التعليم العالي، مع ضرورة تحديد المتطلبات الأكثر أهمية لضمان جودة التعليم العالي. تم التوصل من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية إلى أنه يمكن الاستفادة من متطلبات التعليم الإلكتروني اللازمة (التقنية والمعرفية) للاستفادة من أساليب التعلم الإلكتروني من أجل ضمان جودة التعليم العالي، كما تم التبيان ضمن عناصر هذه الورقة البحثية مختلف الميزات، التحديات والعقبات الموجودة في تطبيق التعليم الإلكتروني. the aim of this research paper is explain the concept of e-learning and higher education quality, with identifying the most importent requierment for the assurance of higher education quality. was reached that it can benifit from the e-learning requierment (technical and knowledge) the necessary to take advantage of e-learning practices for higher education quality assurance, and in this paper showed diffrent of features, challenges and obstacles in applicated the e-learning.
