حدود التأويل وانفتاحه ـ قراءة في الموروث العربي ـ

Résumé: اضطرنا اضطراب مفهوم التأويل لدى كثير من المثقفين، وتلاعب البعض في توظيفه إلى كتابة هذه الورقات، بهدف تحديد ضوابطه مخافةَ تأويل التأويل. وعنصرنا بحثنا بمفهوم التأويل، وأسبابه، والأخذ به، وحكمه. حيث توقفنا فيها على معنى التأويل العام وعلى معان له بالنسبة لمستعمله بين متشدد في أخذه ومتساهل في تركه؛ وبين متسطح في توظيفه ومستغرق في تثبيته. ولكل حجته في ترجيح مذهبه. وتبرز أهمية هذا البحث في إبراز حدود التأويل. وخلصنا إلى أن هذا الاختلاف هو امتداد لصراع ظاهر بين العقل والنقل وصراع خفي بين النص الديني والنص الإنساني. Abstract: The concept of interpretation has been confused by many intellectuals and some of them have manipulated its employing. The reason why we decided to write this paper in order to determine its controls as well as its concept, causes and rules of use. We highlight the general meaning of interpretation and other meaning which range from slight to detailed definition and from slight to critical use. The importance of this research is to highlight the limits of interpretation. We concluded that this difference is an extension of a conflict between reason and transportation and a hidden conflict between the religious text and the human text.
