الصلابة النفسية كمنبئ بجودة الحياة لدى طلبة الجامعة -دراسة ميدانية بجامعة الجيلالي بونعامة -خميس مليانة

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى تنبؤ الصلابة النفسية لدى طلبة الجامعة بجودة حياتهم، وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (230) طالب وطالبة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي بالاعتماد على مقياس الصلابة النفسية إعداد yoonkin&Betz (1996) ومقياس جودة الحياة (منسي والكاظم،2006). توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى الصلابة النفسية وجودة الحياة مرتفع لدى طلبة الجامعة، وباستخدام الانحدار الخطي البسيط تم التوصل إلى إمكانية التنبؤ بجودة الحياة لدى طلبة الجامعة من خلال صلابتهم النفسية التي تفسر 16 % من التباينات التي تحدث في جودة الحياة.The study aimed to know the extent of predicting the psychological hardness of university students with the quality of their lives . The study sample consisted of (230) students, and the researchers used the psychological hardness scale prepared by yoonkin & Betz, 1996 and Hamada Arabization, Abdul Latif 2002, and the quality of life scale Prepared by Mansi and Al-Kazim (2006), the study reached a set of results, the most prominent of which are: that the level of psychological hardness is high among university students, as well as the quality of life they have, using the "T" test of the differences between the averages, as well as using simple linear regression to the possibility of predicting the quality Life for university students through their psychological rigidity, which explains 16% of the differences that occur in the quality of life.
