الديمقراطية التوافقية كآلية لحل الصراعات الداخلية لبنان أنموذجا

Résumé: تجسد الديمقراطية التوافقية نظاما مناسبا للمجتمعات التعددية مقارنة بالديمقراطية التمثيلية. حيث توفر التوازن بين مختلف فئات المجتمع التعددي، وتسعى إلى ضمان الاستقرار السياسي ومشاركة الأقليات عن طريق ائتلاف واسع. وبما أن لبنان يعتبر مجتمعا متعدد بسبب وجود العديد من الطوائف، فقد سعى إلى جعل مبادئ النظام التوافقي سائدة على نظام الأغلبية. وتسعى هذه الدراسة الإجابة عن الإشكالية التالية: ما مدى فعالية الديمقراطية التوافقية كآلية لحل الصراعات الداخلية؟ the consensual democracy embodied a suitable regime for plural societies compared to the majority democracy. It provides a balance between the various vectors of the plural society, insuring political stability and the participation of minorities, non-domination the majority. Since Lebanon is deemed to be a plural society due to the presence of a multitude of confessions, it has sought to make the principles of the consensual regime prevail on those of the majority System. This study seeks to answer the following problematic: How effective is consensual democracy as a mechanism for resolving internal conflicts?
