أنماط القيادة التربوية وعلاقتها بالرضا الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي دراسة ميدانية على أساتذة بلدية المغير-المقاطعة الإدارية 01-

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة العلاقة بين أنماط القيادة التربوية بالرضا الوظيفي في المدارس الابتدائية لبلدية المغير-المقاطعة الادارية01- وقد اعتمد الباحثان على المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وتمت معالجة البيانات بالحزمة الإحصائية spss النسخة 22.واستخدما الباحثان عينة مكونة من 47استاذ وأستاذة وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج وهي وجود علاقة قوية موجبة بين النمط الديمقراطي والرضا الوظيفي مقدرة ب0.86ووجود علاقة سالبة بين النمط الديكتاتوري والرضا الوظيفي مقدرة ب: 0.54وعلاقة موجبة ضعيفة بين النمط التسيبي والرضا الوظيفية مقدرة ب: -0.207 الكلمات المفتاحية : أنماط القيادة التربوية –الرضا الوظيفي . Abstract: The current study aims to find out the relationship between educational leadership styles and job satisfaction in primary schools in the municipality of El-Meghaier - Administrative District 01. The researchers relied on the descriptive correlational approach, and the data was processed with the statistical package SPSS, version 22. The researchers used a sample of 47 male and female professors, and the results of the study reached a group Among the results, there is a strong positive relationship between the democratic style and job satisfaction, estimated at 0.86, a negative relationship between the dictatorial style and job satisfaction, estimated at: 0.54, and a weak positive relationship between the permissive style and job satisfaction, estimated at: -0.207.
