الجرائم الإسرائيلية المرتكبة في قطاع غزة: التكييف القانوني وطرق المسائلة.

Résumé: نعالج من خلال هذا البحث مسألة بالغة الأهمية في الوقت الحالي، تتمثل في التكييف القانوني للجرائم الإسرائيلية المرتكبة في قطاع غزة خاصة بعد السابع من أكتوبر 2023، وكذا طرق المسائلة عن هذه الجرائم الفظيعة التي فاقت كل وصف، حيث ارتكب الجيش الإسرائيلي بشهادة العديد من خبراء القانون الدولي جميع الجرائم التي نصت عليها الاتفاقيات الدولية، كاتفاقيات جنيف الأربع لعام 1949، وكذا النظام الأساسي للمحكمة الجنائية الدولية المعتمد سنة 1998. Through this research, we address a very important issue at the present time, which is the legal qualification of the Israeli crimes committed in the Gaza Strip after 7 October 2023, as well as the methods of accountability for these horrific crimes that exceeded all description, as the Israeli army committed them according to the testimony of many international law experts. All crimes stipulated in international agreements, such as the four Geneva Conventions of 1949, as well as the Statute of the International Criminal Court adopted in 1998.
