Résumé: بعد تعديل الدستور 0202 إذ استحدثة السمطة الوطنية المستقمة للانتخابات في ظل القانون 22 ، مبينا مهمتها في تحضير وتنظيم وتسيير والاش ا رف وصلاحياتها في العممية / العضوي 02 الانتخابية ابتداء من استدعاء الهيئة الناخبة إلى غاية إعلان نتائج الأولية، واذ أستحدث المشرع بجانب المحكمة الدستورية بجانب السمطة الوطنية المستقمة للانتخابات التي كانت بسابق المجمس الدستوري تفصل في الطعون إعلان نتائج.After the amendment of the Constitution 2020, as it created the Independent National Authority for Elections under the Organic Law 01/21, indicating its mission in preparing, organizing, managing, supervising and its pow/ers in the electoral process, starting from calling the electorate until the announcement of the results of the preliminary, and the legislator was created next to the Constitutional Court next to the Independent National Authority For the elections that were previously the Constitutional Council decides on appeals, the announcement of results.
