The Implications Of Water Security On The Food Security In Algeria: Reality And Horizons

Résumé: Abstract: This study aims at shedding light on the nature of the relation between the water security and the food security. In this line, the future of the food security of any state is tightly linked to its ability to achieve the water security. Therefore, the Algerian government looks for the best ways to achieve it. In this context, this study used the descriptive analytical method and found out that Algeria has many qualifications that allow implementing the water security project that shall guarantee the achievement of the food security. ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على طبيعة العلاقة الموجودة بين الأمن المائي والأمن الغذائي ، حيث أن مستقبل الأمن الغذائي لأي دولة مرهون بمدى قدرتها على تحقيق أمنها المائي ، لهذا نجد أن الحكومة الجزائرية تسعى إلى البحث في الأسباب التي من خلالها يمكن أن تحقق ذلك. و لهذا الغرض فقد إعتمدنا على المنهج التحليلي الوصفي و توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها أن الجزائر تملك العديد من الإمكانيات و المؤهلات التي تجعلها قادرة على تنفيذ مشروع الأمن المائي الذي سيضمن لها الوصول لأمنها الغذائي.
