Résumé: Become political stability one basic requirements for any development process it helps to guide the interests of the political system to the overall development in the forefront of political development, and because of the great importance carried by political stability, many countries seek to achieve the greatest possible degree of it in order to strengthen its position, and Algeria, like other states still seeking to achieve the much needed political stability, especially after the political crisis and social and economic development, which lasted decimal full time witnessed a state of political instability and security which led to the deterioration of the level of political development after the abolition of the electoral process, and after the restoration of the political system for political stability under a legal civil concord and national reconciliation, and in the face of rising oil revenues, the Algerian government to adopt a set of programs and political reforms, from which a wide range of objectives, among them to achieve comprehensive development in general, and political development, in particular through the attempt to resolve the crisis of legitimacy and political participation and the crisis of justice in the distribution of wealth , although the magnitude and importance of programs but they did not succeed in achieving the full objectives due to the presence of a group of the most important obstacles weakness of cultural awareness and spread of political and administrative corruption, which threatens the future of political stability in Algeria.
