تنـزيل اصطلاح المتأخّر علـى اصطلاح المتقدّم فـي كتب علم الحديث (عرض ونقد)
Résumé: هذا البحث يعالج قضايا مهمّة في تراثنا الحديثي، فهو محاولة للوقوف على مدى الاتفاق والاختلاف في الاصطلاح والقواعد بين المحدّثين المتقدّمين منهم والمتأخّرين، ثم هل يوجد حقيقة تباين منهجي بينهم كما يُشاع في بعض الدراسات المعاصرة؟ وما مدى صحّة القول بمحاكمة اصطلاح المتقدّمين باصطلاح المتأخرين وإلزامهم به؟ وهل وقع حقيقة إسقاط اصطلاح المتأخّر على اصطلاح المتقدم؟ هذا ما نحاول إبرازه في هذا البحث من خلال عرض نماذج تطبيقية للاستدلال على ما نصبو إليه. Abstract : Projection the later Hadith scholarsupon the earlierones in the books of Hadith Science , -presentation and critics- This research deals with an important about our Hadith heritage , and attempts to find out the extent of concordance and differencebetween the earlier Hadith scholars and the later one in the use of concept and rules, as known in some contemporary stadies ? And the validity of the sayingthatfactis, to impose the terminologyused in modern daysupon the earlierscholars. Is ittruethat a projection of contemporary terminologyupon the earlier one has been made ? That iswhatwe are trying to highlitht in this research through the use of practical illustrations in order to demonstratethat.
