جودة الحياة الوظيفية المدركة وعلاقتها بالسلوك الأخلاقي لدى العاملين بالمؤسسة العمومية الإستشفائية بالإدريسية

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل مستوى جودة الحياة الوظيفية المدركة من وجهة نظر العاملين بالمؤسسة العمومية الإستشفائية بالإدريسية وعلاقتها بالسلوك الأخلاقي، ولتحقيق أغراض الدراسة تم اختيار الاستبانة كأداة لدراسة حيث تم توزيعها على عينة عشوائية تم استرجاع (60) استبانة صالحة للمعالجة الإحصائية بالاعتماد على برنامج (SPSS). وكانت أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها وجود علاقة طردية قوية بين جودة الحياة الوظيفية المدركة والسلوك الأخلاقي من وجهة نظر العاملين بالمؤسسة العمومية الإستشفائية بالإدريسية، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود مستوى متوسط للمتغيرات الدراسة، وكذا وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند المستوى المعنوية (α≤0.05) في اتجاهات العاملين نحو جودة الحياة الوظيفية المدركة والسلوك الأخلاقي تعزى للمتغيرات الشخصية والوظيفية (العمر، سنوات الخبرة). وفي الأخير تم الخروج بعدة توصيات ركزت على ضرورة تبني برامج واضحة لتحسين أسس جودة الحياة الوظيفية وما توفره من زيادة جودة الخدمات المقدمة من طرف العاملين بالمؤسسة العمومية الإستشفائية بالإدريسية. This study aims to analyze the perceived quality of functional life from the point of view of employees of the public hospital institution in Al-Idrisiya and its relationship to ethical behavior. To achieve the purposes of the study, the questionnaire was chosen as a study tool, as it was distributed to a random sample, and (60) valid questionnaires were retrieved for statistical treatment based on the (SPSS) program. The most important findings were that there was a strong direct relationship between the perceived quality of work life and ethical behavior from the point of view of employees of the public hospital institution in Al-Idrisiya. The results also showed the presence of an average level of the study variables, as well as the presence of statistically significant differences at the moral level (α≤0.05) in the employees' attitudes towards the perceived quality of career and ethical behavior due to personal and occupational variables (age, years of experience). In the end, several recommendations were made that focused on the need to adopt clear programs to improve the foundations of the quality of working life and what they provide to increase the effectiveness of the quality of services provided by the employees of the public hospital institution in Al-Idrisiya
