العلاقة بين الوقف والعمل التطوعي (the Relationship Between Waqf And Charitable Work)

Résumé: تشكل الجمعيات الخيرية نموذجا لصورة التضامن والتكافل في وقتنا المعاصر، وذلك بالنظر لما تمتاز به هذه الجمعيات من تنظيم، وحتى تستطيع هذه الجمعيات ممارسة نشاطها في صورة حسن لا بد لها من تمويل فكان من بين هذه القنوات التي تساعد الجمعيات الخيرية على القيام بمهامها الوقف، فلذلك سوف نعالج من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية علاقة الوقف بالجمعيات الخيرية من خلال التطرق إلى المفهوم العام للجمعيات، ثم المفهوم العام للوقف، ثم علاقة الوقف بالجمعيات الخيرية. Abstract: Charity associations embody en exemplary model for solidarity and cooperation in our modern time. To enable these charity associations exercise their activities in good term, sources of funding become obligations. One of these sources is Waqf. Therefore, in this paper, we are going to handle the relationship between Waqf and charity associations in the light of exploring the general concept of charity associations and Wakf.
