Résumé: تتناول هذه الورقة البحثية موضوع عمل الجمعيات الخيرية الناجحة ومدى استفادتها من أموال الوقف والزكاة في تمويل مشاريعها التطوعية الخيرية. ولعل جمعية كافل اليتيم بريكة من بين الجمعيات الخيرية الناجحة في الجزائر، كيف لا وهي التي تنشط منذ قرابة خمس سنوات في العمل الخيري التطوعي المرتبط أساسا بالأرملة واليتيم في شتى مجالات الحياة؛ ولعل حضور أعضائها في العدد السابق من حصة وافعلوا الخير المقدم على قناة الشروق هو خير دليل على نجاحها على المستوى المحلي. وترتكز هذه الورقة البحثية على الإجابة عن الإشكالية الرئيسية التي تتمحور حول: مدى استفادة الجمعية من أموال الوقف والزكاة ودورهما في تنشيط أعمال الجمعية؟ مستعرضين بذلك أهم المحطات الخيرية والأهداف المُسَطّرة من قبل أعضاء الجمعية. This piece of research talks about the successful role of charitable organizations and bow they benefit from people's Zakat and endowment in financing their charitable projects. "Kaffel Elyatim" or taking care of orphans in Barika is one of the best and most successful charitable organizations in Algeria. It has started since five (5) years in charitable and volunteering tasks. It's main aim is helping the orphans and widows in all life's domains and being a guest of "Wa Affaalou Elkheir " or do good emission in Elchourouk TV proves that this organization succeeded in its work. This research paper focus on how people's Zakat and endowment and gifts coneribute in doing its work and achieving its goals. It also exposes the differen achievements of " Kaffel Elyatim " the charitable organization.
