تمثلات خريجي الجامعة تجاه المقاولاتية "مقاربة سوسيو-امبريقية "representations Of University Graduates Towards Entrepreneurship " Socio-empirical Approach"

Résumé: نهدف من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية للتطرق لعوامل الجذب والنفور تجاه المقاولاتية من طرف خريجي قسم الري والهندسة المدنية، وإلى التفضيلات المهنية لطلبة السنة الثانية ماستر بنفس القسم بعد التخرج، وإلى اجراء مقارنة بين اتجاهات كل من خريجي النظام الكلاسيكي ونظام (ل.م.د) تجاه المقاولاتية. في الشق المنهجي زاوجنا بين المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج المقارن، واعتمدنا على الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية في جمع البيانات من عينة الدراسة المتكونة من 94 مفردة خاصة خريجي القسم و58 مفردة خاصة بطلبة السنة الثانية ماستر، لتفضي نتائج الدراسة إلى ضعف مكانة الفكر المقاولاتي في سياسات التكوين الجامعي، وتفضيل مخرجات القسم العمل في قطاع الوظيفة العمومية على حساب النشاط المقاولاتي. Abstract: Through this research document we aim to address the factors of attraction and aversion to entrepreneurship by graduates of the hydraulic and civil engineering department, and to the professional preferences of second-year master students from the same department after the graduation, and to make a comparison between the trends of graduates of the classical system, and of the system (LMD) towards entrepreneurship. To do this, we combined the descriptive analytical approach and the comparative approach, and we used the questionnaire as the main tool for collecting data from the study sample of 94 people from department graduates and 58 second-year students year of master, the results of the study confirmed the weak position of entrepreneurial thinking in university training policies, and to prefer departmental degrees to work in the public sector at the expense of the private sector.
