التأمين البحري ودوره في تطوير النقل البحري (حالة الجزائر )

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى ابراز ماهية التامين البحري واهميته ومعرفة واقع التامين البحري في الجزائر إضافة الى ابراز مدى مساهمة التأمين البحري في تطوير النقل البحري خلال الفترة (2010-2018) .وتوصلنا من خلال النتائج الى ان التأمين البحري يلعب دورا حيويا وهاما في النقل البحري في الجزائر وان النقل البحري الجزائري في تطور مستمر وذلك من خلال انتقال مختلف السلع و البضائع من مختلف الاحجام عبر النقل البحري وكذا الأشخاص وهذا راجع الى التنوع في الخدمات التأمينية المقدمة في النقل البحري. Abstract This study aims to highlight the nature and importance of marine insurance and know the reality of marine insurance in Algeria, in addition to highlighting the extent of the contribution of marine insurance to the development of maritime transport during the period (2010-2018). Algeria and that the Algerian maritime transport is in constant development, through the movement of various goods and merchandise of different sizes through maritime transport, as well as people, and this is due to the diversity in the insurance services provided in maritime transport.
