عقد التأمين البحري كإستراتيجية لدعم خدمة النقل البحري

Résumé: الملخص: نهدف من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية لتسليط الضوء على عقد التأمين البحري كإستراتيجية لدعم خدمة النقل البحري، الذي يعتبر من أقدم أنواع التأمين التي أقدم الإنسان على مزاولتها، ويتضمن هذا النوع من التأمين فرعين رئيسيين هما:تأمين السفن ويندرج تحت هذا النوع من التأمين هياكل السفن والأجهزة الثابتة فيها وأماكن تشغيلها وكذلك جميع مستلزمات السفينة، وتأمين البضائع وهو ما يعنى بنقل البضائع بحراً وبراً وجواً، يغطي هذا التأمين الخسائر التي تلحق بالبضائع أثناء نقلها براً بسبب حادث مشمول بالتأمين. Abstract: Through this research paper, we aim to highlight the maritime insurance contract as a strategy to support the shipping service, which is one of the oldest types of insurance that man has carried out, and this type of insurance includes two main branches: ship insurance and under this type of insurance includes ship structures, fixed devices and operating places as well as all ship supplies, and cargo insurance, which means transporting goods by sea, land and air, covering losses to goods while transported by road due to an insured accident.
