خصائص التقويم ودورها في تفعيل العملية التعليمية

Résumé: تتشكل العمليّة التعليميّة من عدة ركائز متفاعلة تكون بنية التعليم ، لتبرز طبيعتها الطامحة للتجديد، والتقدم عن طريق التفحص و إعادة النظر في المواقف التعليمية المعاشة . سعيا لتبيين مدى تحقيق أهدافها المسطرة منذ بدايتها حتى نهايتها، عن طريق ما يعرف بالتقويم ؛الذّي يعد أحد العناصر الأساس في المنظومة التربوية . إذ يعد جهازا للتحكم فيها ومركزا للسيطرة على جميع عملياتها التعليمية ، ولم تأت هذه الأهمية من فراغ، بل هي نتيجة لبحوث تربوية فتشت عن حلول لمشاكل التعليم، التّي مر بها العالم فالتقويم لم يصل إلينا بمفهومه الحالي ، إلا بعد ما طالته مراحل من التغير والتجديد الطويل و المستمر و للتقويم التربوي جملة من الخصائص، التي ميزته وجعلته مهما في المنظومة التربوية . الكلمات المفتاحية : التقويم ، المنظومة التربوية ، خصائص التقويم . Abstract: The teachinh learning process consists of many inter-related basics that form traching base and reveal its ambitious nature to developement and improvement through checking and reconsidering on going educational situations. In order to clarify to what extent its designed objects since its beginning to the end are achieved through what is known as assessment. The latter is one of the basic concepts of our educational system. It is considered a controlling device that emphasizes on all its educational processes and this importance did not come out of the blue but as a result of many educational researches that looked for solutions to the problem facing education nowadays. Assessment did not come to us with its instant definition only after steps of renewable and continuous changes and improvements. Educational assessment has many features which characterized it and made it important in educational system wether iy was about to judge it or to try to fix it to come out with many goals and designed aims. Which must be built on knowledge and previous experiences of educational sides because the main aim from assessment is to benefit from power sides, encourage them, discover point of weakness and fix them.
