تشخيص التفاوت في توزيع الدخل الوطني في الجزائر خلال الفترة 2000-2017

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تشخيص واقع التفاوت في توزيع الدخل الوطني في الجزائر خلال الفترة 2000-2017 والمتعلقة بكل من عملية التوزيع الوظيفي وأيضا التوزيع الشخصي للدخل الوطني. بالاعتماد على المؤشرات الاحصائية وإسقاط كل من معامل جيني ومنحنى لورنز على الجزائر، ختمت الدراسة إلى أن هناك تفاوت في توزيع الدخل الوطني الجزائري خلال الفترة 2000-2017 لكن هذا التفاوت لم يكن حادا وذلك نتيجة معالجة السلطات الجزائرية هذه المشكلة من خلال الاستعانة بأداتين مهمتين للسياسة المالية ويتعلق الأمر بالرفع من نفقات التحويلات الاجتماعية بالإضافة إلى أداة الضريبة. تصنيفات JEL : D31، D33، E01، H23 . Abstract : This paper aims to study the disparity in the distribution of national income in Algeria during the period 2000-2017, which relates to the functional income distribution and the personal income distribution. The study showed through the Gini coefficient and the Lorenz curve that there was a disparity in the distribution of national income during 2000-2017. However, this disparity was not so severe, as the authorities solved this problem by using two important financial policy instruments. It is concerned with raising the expenses of social transfers and the tax instrument. Keywords: inequality in income distribution, Lorenz curve, Gini coefficient, Algeria.
