Résumé: ملخص: إنَّ كتاب الأحكام الكبرى للإمام عبد الحق الإشبيلي، يُعد من أهم كتب الأحكام الحديثية، حيث صنفَّه إمامُنا على طريقة المحدثين في التبويب، ولعل من أبرز الدلائل لهذا الكلام: عنايتُه بتراجم البخاري الفقهية في كتابه التي احتذى حذوها في حسن التوظيف والاستنباط؛ ويأتي هذا البحث كاشفاً لصناعة التراجم الفقهية في الأحكام الكبرى، مبرزا لجوانب تأثير صحيح البخاري على منهج الإمام عبد الحق. Abstract:The book of Great rulings by imam abdelhak Al-ichbili is one of the most important books of rulings imam abdelhak compiled it according to the method of hadith rulings, his attention to the trauslations of al- bokharijuris prudence in his book, which he imitated its roots in good employ ment and deduction. This research reveals the manufacture of jurisprudential translations in the major rulings, And The influence of sahih al-bukhari on the curriclum of abdalhak.
