علاقة الإحتراق النفسي بالولاء التنظيمي لدى أساتذة التعليم الإبتدائي

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين الإحتراق النفسي والولاء التنظيمي لدى أساتذة التعليم الإبتدائي ، والتعرف على مستوى الإحتراق النفسي لدى الأساتذة ، ومعرفة ما إذا كانت هناك فروق في الإحتراق النفسي تبعا للمتغيرات الفردية (الحالة الإجتماعية والسن ) وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 165 أستاذ وأستاذة ، وتماشيا مع طبيعة الدراسة تم الإعتماد على مقياس الإحتراق النفسي لماسلاش MBI-ES ومقياس الولاء التنظيمي لبورتر وأسفرت الدراسة عن وجود علاقة إرتباطية سالبة بين الإحتراق النفسي والولاء التنظيمي ، وكشفت عن مستوى مرتفع للإحتراق النفسي على بعد الإنهاك الإنفعالي ومعتدل على بعدي تبلد المشاعر ومرتفع على بعد الشعور بالإنجاز ، كما بينت وجود فروق بين الأساتذة في الإحتراق النفسي تعود لمتغير السن و الحالة الإجتماعية .Abstract :This study aimed to identify the relationship between psychological burnout and organizational loyalty among primary education teachers and knowing the level of psychological burnout among teachers , it also aimed to determine whether there were differences in psychological burnout according to personal variables (social status and age ),the study sample consisted of 165 teachers , in according with the nature of the study , we used Maslash psychological burnout questionnaire and porter’s organizational loyalty questionnaire , the study showed the following results :There is a negative correlation between psychological burnout and organizational loyalty ,The level of psychological burnout is high in emotional exhaustion and moderate in depersonalization and high in personal accomplishment , There are statistically significant differences in psychological burnout between teachers due to the variable age and social status
