البدايات الأولى المبكرة لتواجد المذهب المالكي بالمغرب الأوسط

Résumé: المفردات أو المكونات الرئيسة الكبرى لموضوع المقال، التي تمثل سياجا له، فلا تتعداه؛ هي ثلاثة: الإطار المكاني الكامن في منطقة المغرب الأوسط؛ فالإطار الزمني المتضمن للمنتصف الثاني من القرن الثاني الهجري/ الثامن الميلادي؛ وأخيرا موضوع المذهب المالكي. عُد هذا المذهب صاحب الفضل في أسلمة المنطقة وتعريبها؛ وهاديها إلى مسار حضاري محدد المعالم، ومميز الخصائص...بعد أن ساد على المذاهب الأخرى، التي نافسته المجال عبر تنافس وصراع: عسكري تارة، وفكري تارة أخرى. وبعد أن مر هذا المذهب بمراحل: بدءا بالتواجد، ثم الانتشار لاحقا، فالسيادة آخر المطاف؛ وإن المقال متعلق بالمرحلة الأولى، التي تكمن في محاولة الإجابة على البداية الأولى لتواجد المذهب المالكي على أرض المغرب الأوسط: غربه حيث الأدارسة وبني عمومتهم من السليمانيين والحسنيين؛ ووسطه: حيث الرستميون وبقية السليمانيين؛ وشرقه حيث بنو عمومتهم من الجعفريين والحسنيين؛ معية إيراد بعض مظاهر ذلك وملابساته؛ ما تناولت هذا الموضوع إلا لأنه موضوع أراه لازال بكرا بحاجة إلى تسليط الضوء عليه؛ عكس المغربين الأقصى والأدنى (إفريقية). The vocabulary and the most essential components for the topic of the article which represent a fence for it , do not go beyond and there are three : First , the latent spatial framework in the region of the Central Maghreb, the time framework that includes the second half AH ./8 AD and finally the topic of the Maliki Doctrine . That doctrine was the reason behind the islamization and arabization of the reagion that led to civilizing the world and as a distinguishing for the characteristics after it prevailed over the other doctrines through struggle : military and thoughtfully. The Maliki doctrine went through stages : the existence, then the spreading and late on sovereignty. The article is related to the first stage which tries to answer the first emergence of the Maliki doctrine on the land of the center maghreb : in the west there are the Adarissa and their cousins ( the soulaimani) and (the Hassanites), in the middle (the Rostomites and the rest of the Soulaimani),in the east the Djaafarites and the Hassanites. The topic is still under discussion and requires more to shed light on it, contrary to the low and extreme Maghreb. (Ifriqiya).
