كتاب نوازل ابن الحاج التجيبي القرطبي (ت. 529هـ) دراسة في ممتلكات الطفل الأندلسي عصري الطوائف والمرابطبن أنموذجا

Résumé: الغرض من هذه الورقة المساهمة في النبش في مجال خصب لم ينل بعد الاهتمام الكافي في الدراسات التاريخية بالغرب الاسلامي بصفة عامة، وتاريخ الأندلس بصفة خاصة، ذلكم هو الجانب المتعلق بتاريخ الطفل. فرغم أن الإستوغرافيا الغربية قد قطعت أشواطا هامة في هذا المجال، وخاصة المدرسة التاريخية الإسبانية، فإن المحاولات العربية على العموم ما زالت "محتشمة"، فالبحث في تاريخ الطفل ما زال ضعيفا، رغم وجود محاولات جادة من طرف البعض. الأمر لا يتعلق بتفتيت التاريخ ولا بترف فكري، وإنما له ارتباط بالوعي الحقوقي، وانفتاح التاريخ على "الهوامش" والمسكوت عنه. من هذا المنطلق خصصت الورقة لتبيان جانب من ممتلكات الطفل الأندلسي من خلال أدب النوازل، باعتبار الأخيرة خصصت حيزا كبيرا لهذه الفئة من المجتمع سواء فيما تعلق به كشخص، أو فيما يخص المشاكل المرتبطة به والصعوبات التي كانت تعترضه... Abstract : The purpose of this paper is to contribute to the search in the field of fertility that has not yet gained sufficient attention in historical studies in the Islamic West in general, and the history of Andalusia in particular, that is the aspect related to the history of the child. Although Western geography has made important strides in this field, especially the Spanish historical school, the Arab attempts in general are still "modest", as research in the history of the child is still weak, despite serious attempts by some. The issue is not related to the fragmentation of history or intellectual luxury. Rather, it is related to human rights awareness, and the openness of history to "the margins" and what is silent about it. From this standpoint, the paper is devoted to showing some of the properties of the Andalusian child through the literature of nawazil, considering the latter devoted a large space to this category of society, whether in relation to him as a person, or with regard to the problems associated with him and the difficulties that were facing him ...
