قراءة في كتاب: نوازل ابن الحاج التجيبي (ت. 529هـ)

Résumé: يحاول المقال تقديم قراءة في مصدر ناولي يعتبر من أهم كتب النوازل في الغرب الإسلامي في العصر الوسيط. تمكننا مسائل ابن الحاج من التعرف على ملامح المجتمع عصري الطوائف والمرابطين من خلال نوازل ابن الحاج التجيبي (ت.529هـ)، ذلك أن البحث التاريخي اتجه منذ فترة للبحث عن مصادر جديدة قمينة بالكشف عن معطيات جديدة تهم الجانبين الاجتماعي والاقتصادي في التاريخ الاسلامي، ومن جملة تلك المصادر كتب الفقه والنوازل. قدمت لنا مسائل ابن الحاج صورة متكاملة عن المجتمع الأندلسي، من عادات وتقاليد، ناهيك عما اعترى المجتمع من مشاكل... بالإضافة إلى ما احتوته من معلومات عن الاقتصاد بالأندلس عصري الطوائف والمرابطين. Abstract: The article tries to provide a reading in the Nawali source, one of the most important books of Nazal in the Islamic West in the Middle Ages. Ibn al-Haj issues enable us to identify the features of modern society sects and Almoravids through the descendants of Ibn al-Hajj al-Tjibi, since the historical research has tended for a long time to search for new sources to reveal new data of interest to the social and economic aspects in Islamic history, including books jurisprudence and religious.
