دراسة تحليلية لصعوبات الفهم الشفهي ومفاهيم نظرية العقل لدى الطفل التوحدي (درجة خفيفة) Analytical Study Of Oral Comprehension Difficulties And Theory Of Mind Concepts In The Autistic Child (mild Level)

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى وصف وتحليل الصعوبات التي يواجهها الطفل التوحدي على مستوى كل من الفهم الشفهي و مفاهيم نظرية العقل، كما هدفت إلى البحث عن مدى تأثير صعوبات الفهم الشفهي على إدراك مفاهيم نظرية العقل، ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي بأسلوب دراسة الحالة، حيث احتوت عينة الدراسة على طفلين توحديين (درجة خفيفة) أعمارهما 8 سنوات و8 أشهر و 9 سنوات وشهر، تم تقييمهما عن طريق اختبار O52 لعبد الحميد خمسي ، اختبار القراءة الذهنية لزغيش وردة، واختبار الذكاء اللفظي والمصور لإجلال محمد سري، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن الطفل التوحدي يظهر صعوبة في فهم المعلومة الشفهية المسموعة ودمجها وفقا للسياق الدلالي لها، ويجد صعوبة في إدراك المفاهيم المجردة لنظرية العقل كقراءة الأفكار، الاعتقاد الخاطئ، المحتوى الغامض، القدرة على التمويه، بالمقابل يحقق نتائج أحسن في مفاهيم التعرف على الحالة الانفعالية ، تغيير التصور، التمييز بين الحقيقة والشبه، وأظهرت أن صعوبات الفهم الشفهي تظهر بشكل رئيسي في إدراك المفاهيم اللفظية لنظرية العقل، فكلما زادت صعوبات الفهم الشفهي كلما كانت القدرة على القراءة الذهنية أقل. This study aimed to describe and analyze the difficulties faced by the autistic child in verbal comprehension and concepts of Theory of mind (TOM), as well as to find how difficulties of verbal comprehension affect the perception of TOM concepts. To achieve these goals, the researchers used the descriptive approach in case study method, where the sample of the study contained two autistic children (mild level) aged eight years eight months, and nine years one month, they were evaluated with: O52 Test of Abdul Hamid Khoumsi, test of mental reading of Zeghiche Ouarda, Intelligence test of Ijlal Muhammad Sary. The study showed that The autistic child has a defect in the understanding and merging of the oral information according to its semantic context, difficulty in understanding abstract concepts such as reading ideas, false belief task, unexpected contents, camouflage ability, however, he achieves better results in concepts of identifying the emotional states, changing representation, appearance-reality distinction, finally we found that the effect of verbal comprehension difficulties on the understanding TOM concepts is mainly reflected in verbal concepts, the more difficulties of oral comprehension are, the lower the capacity for mind-reading is.
