Résumé: The objective of the present study was to uncover the nature of the relationship between positive thinking and motivation of academic achievement among the teachers of intermediate education in Laghouat city, and to know the level of positive thinking and motivation of achievement among secondary school students in Laghouat city. By specialization. Where the reliance on the descriptive approach and the use of the measure of positive thinking and motivation of achievement, which were distributed on a sample size of 60 students in Tanwiti Jodi Belkacem and first November in Laghouat, and then test the hypotheses SPSS version 20 where we reached the following results: - There is a relationship between the positive thinking and motivation for academic achievement of students in the first year secondary. - The level of positive thinking and motivation for academic achievement among students of the first year secondary high. - There are no differences in positive thinking among students of the first year secondary by specialization - There are no differences in motivation for achievement in students of secondary first year by specializationPositive Thinking - Academic Achievement Drive
